The goal for this module is to have you get crystal clear on your ideal client profile, your message, your offer structure and the lead magnet (s) that will funnel your right fit audience into your client journey.

  • We’ll dive into who your clients are, how you help them, the kind of results they experience from working with you.  
  • You will walk away with your elevator pitch, mission statement, offer ladder  including your lead magnet.

Module #2

Create your rock star brand

The goal for this module is to support you to create an online presence and visual brand identity that connects with your audience, positions you as an authority and gives you a cohesive look all across the board.

  • We will dive into your visual brand creation including colour palette, fonts that is in keeping with your niche and message. Also, the rudiments of creating a cohesive online brand presence.
  • You will walk away with the look and feel that will guide the outcome of all your brand assets. You will finally have a look and feel that positions you as a pro and expert at what you do.

Module #3

Your Visibility Plan

The goal for this module is to prime you for a visibility explosion that will get the attention of your target audience and colleagues.

  • We will dive into supporting you to create a signature talk and various assets you will need to attract speaking engagements. Then you will learn about a treasure trove of places, event planners and events on which you can get booked to speak in front of your audience in large numbers. You will learn how to secure and land podcast guest opportunities and other high impact speaking opportunities and special feature opportunities.
  • You will land visibility opportunities while we’re in the program and learn how to consistently get booked for speaking and other features month after month.

Module #4

Audience attraction

The goal of this module is to support you with a myriad of opportunities and solid strategies to bring targeted leads ONTO your email list and INTO your Facebook groups. You will also learn how to grow your social media following and engagement from some of these strategies. You will feel expansive knowing that you don’t have to rely only on your existing community to have profitable launches.

  • We will dive into list building strategies that grow your list by 100’s every month. You will also learn some exciting and highly successful strategies that can add 1000’s to your list in 2 to 4 weeks. You will learn how to add very targeted new subscribers and Facebook group members without a launch and even funnel them into a paid program.
  • You will add new subscribers and followers by the time you go through this module and implement the strategies. You will walk away with a toolbox of strategies which can become a mainstay system in your business to attract targeted leads and subscribers every single month.

Content marketing

The goal of this module is to demystify content marketing strategies for growth, nurturing, connecting and selling.

  • We will dive into the various types of content and the reasons why you will use them in your strategy. You will learn how to create content in advance that accomplishes key marketing goals for supporting your business including your emails to your list, posts in your Facebook group and posts on your social media platforms.
  • You will walk away with your own content marketing strategy and be able to create crushworthy content that connects you to your audience in a meaningful way. You will be able to show up consistently without spending hours and hours on social media. In fact, you will be able to create and delegate to your team on a consistent basis. You will learn content repurposing strategies that allow you to drive home key topics WITHOUT sounding like a broken record.

Audience activation via virtual events

The goal of this module is to support you to activate your audience and turn them into happy buyers and clients via virtual events.

  • We will dive into supporting you to create webinars, challenges, masterclasses, livestream series, workshops and any LIVE experience or event that your community and targeted audience run to sign up for! You will learn how to come with your compelling title, email sequence, promote your event, run your event and solid follow-up strategies. You will get access to graphic templates for promoting *and* hosting your events. You will learn strategies to get people signed up and also to show up LIVE.
  • Once you learn the fundamentals of this strategy, you will be able to host your own must-attend high value events, have high show-up rates and drive your traffic to your paid offers for an opportunity to work with you. You will be able to utilize this strategy at any time to launch your programs, memberships or courses.

Module #7

Sales

The goal of this module is to show you how to sell your programs. Any and all of them! You will learn the fundamentals of a sales process to sell your private coaching or done for you services. And you will learn launch strategies to sell your midrange or low end programs.

  • We will dive into setting up your sales process (calendar, booking sequence and more). Then you will learn how to get calls on your calendar; how to warm up your leads that book calls; how to break the ice on the call; how to conduct the sales conversation or consultation which includes guidance around closing; how to handle common objections; learn follow-up strategies that close and more.
  • What you will walk away with: You will book calls during this program and lead them through your process to a close. Automations

The goal of this module is to support you to automate aspects of your business to increase efficiency. Yes, I highly encourage you to have a team. However there’s tasks that need team support as well as tasks and processes that can be automated. Freeing you and your team up for sales, marketing, customer service, client support and other sales and program delivery activities.

  • You will learn about key 3rd party applications that are a great asset to your business and can totally automate or speed up repetitive tasks or labour-intensive tasks. You will receive support to incorporate these in your business. In some cases, you will receive recommendations for contractors to help you get started.
  • You will walk away with a plethora of automation strategies for using Google Suite, email marketing software and other 3rd party applications that free up your time each month.

Collaboration strategies that get your further, faster

The goal of this module is to teach collaboration strategies that support your growth, allow you to support others and merge these activities in mutually beneficial ways.

  • We will cover strategies that share how to create your dream 100 list. You will learn how to approach highly influential partners and offer to support them (even if you think you have nothing to offer) and open the door for various ways you can collaborate.

The goal of this module is to help you with real strategies that will become your new way of operating to cultivate neverending growth opportunities and success in life and business.

  • You will learn how to create a mindset routine, what you need to focus on daily, weekly or monthly. This is based on what will support your success, what your triggers are and what motivates you to take action in the pursuit of your goals.

You will have strategies for a healthy mindset around selling your programs, planning & executing launches. The goal of this module is to teach best practices for showing up via videos and livestreams. It’s a very effective and proven strategy for getting visible, connecting with your audience, selling your programs and more. So my aim is to get you confident, comfortable, creative and see massive results.

  • We will dive into key principles to create compelling titles, outline your content or talking points and deliver your lives or videos. You will learn how to take your viewer on a journey to learn from you and take your call to action on the live or video.

The goal of these retreats is to support you to create a PLAN for each quarter that is goal-specific. You will also be supported to create systems and campaigns that align with your goals so you can predictably achieve them. Essentially you will be able to break down your annual goals into quarterly plans.

  • These will be held in the 1st week of every quarter virtually via Zoom.
